For 30 days, beginning June 1, I am joining our west-end community in standing with our frontline heroes in the battle against COVID-19 by taking on the West End Warrior Fitness Challenge. They need us in this fight and deserve our support.
I hope you will join me with either by joining the 30-day West End Warrior Fitness Challenge or by sponsoring my challenge.
It’s easy to sign up—all you have to do is pick a fitness activity you will do for 30 days and ask for donations from your family and friends to raise $1,000. The trick is your activity has to be a challenge to fit with our Promise to be here for another 100 years, since we’ll be celebrating our 100-year anniversary in 2021. Here’s how to get started.
STEP 1: Set yourself a fun and exciting fitness challenge that you complete by June 30. The challenge gets underway on June 1.
STEP 2: Declare your challenge to your network and ask for their support to help raise $1,000 (or more).
STEP 3: Challenge your friends and family to set their own challenge or to join you.
STEP 4: Start your challenge and share your progress on social media using the hashtag #WestEndWarriorChallange
